International Student Mobilities

International mobilities are mostly aimed at well-performing students instead of providing all students with the opportunity to develop their professional and key skills. Preparations and materials for international mobilities are therefore based on the needs of these students. Materials aimed at preparing our target group (i.e. students with learning difficulties, low motivation and self-esteem and/or social obstacles) is missing in many European VET (Vocational Education and Training) organisations.

Including these students in international mobilities has shown this to be the motivation many of them need to graduate. (Enhance Mobility Project).

The aim of SOS-mobilities is therefore to develop and transfer existing materials, so that both teachers and students can feel more secure in participating in international mobilites, giving more students opportunity to grow and also decreasing the number of dropouts.
